本公司 (Classic Laboratory Ltd.) 前股東李先生 (Hank Li)，於去年底與本公司達成協議，由其他股東溢價買回其所持有之全部股份，並自 2015 年 1 月 1 日起即不再參與公司營運及決策。雙方相關權利義務於 2015 年 3 月 31 日出資返還完畢後全部結束，公司登記亦已完成變更，目前李先生所營事業，與本公司及旗下店舖 (Classic Works & Cherry Juice Outfitters) 完全無關，我們祝福李先生有更好的發展。
Hank Li and Classic Laboratory Ltd. reached an agreement in the end of 2014, that other shareholders premium buy back his shares, and he’s not involved in the company operation from Jan 1st 2015 on. The amendment of registration was officially taken effect on March 31st 2015.
Thus, Mr. Li’s not related to Classic Laboratory Ltd. ever since, nor represents the company as well as its two shops Classic Works & Cherry Juice Outfitters. We wish him much success in his own business venture.
